The movie “Mean Girls” is something every woman, teen and girl should see in her lifetime at least once. Not only is it a clever, fun movie, but, it is a fairly true and accurate depiction of how women treat each other. In the movie, Cady Heron (played by Lindsay Lohan) is thrust into a brand new school and lifestyle when the popular girls (known as The Plastics) invite her into their “exclusive” clique. The Plastics are lead by self-centered, obnoxious “user” Regina George (played by Rachel McAdams.) Cady quickly learns how to use and manipulate people by mimicking Regina George’s actions to get who and what she wants out of life. In the end, Cady wakes up to the fact that being a “Plastic” isn’t fun or right, and, eventually goes back to her non-plastic ways.

No one has the right to use or put down others for their own personal gain. It’s not funny or clever to belittle others because they do not dress the way you think they should dress nor is it right to pretend to be someone’s friend only to get something or crawl over them to get what you want.
