A nonprofit art organization is challenging to operate and manage. A day at work requires shopping for artistic supplies, framing, searching through installation art pieces, hanging the art gallery show, then attending the opening of the art gallery exhibition. What do you wear in the hot summertime? A go to item is a legging. Who does not love the comfort of leggings. The love for leggings is because they are rather like dance tights, which equals comfortable. Some have lived in dance tights for many years and it is just natural to work in leggings when not rehearsing. For digging around in storage facilities and storage boxes for installation art items a heavier guage fabric for the legging is a prefereable choice. A black pair of leggings from Hue purchased at South Hills Village Macy’s is a great choice. Black will not show the dirt and dust. Navy blue leggings from Charlotte Russe in the Century III Mall store is another good choice dashing around doing your art activities. They have working buttons on the lower leg giving them a fashionable snappy look. These are great choices for a hot July days in Pittsburgh loading things in and out of the car and into the studio.

After the art show is framed and hung it is time to glam up for the guests for a gallery art opening. A white Crossing Pointe skirt is a great choice. Crossing Pointe was a catalog retailer which is no longer in business. Crinkle means easy care. It does not require even throwing in the dryer for a quick fluffing. The skirt is great because it is like a dance skirt. It is layered crinkle gauze. There are slits on both sides. You can break into a dance motif if I needed to. The top is washable in a sunny peach. It is a NY & Co top with self ruffling down the front and around the armholes.
