The Central Florida Warriors defeated the Atlanta Rhinos on the Warriors home field at Spec Martin Stadium in DeLand, Fla. Saturday (July 11) evening. The game started at 6:30 p.m. and allowed the Warriors to retake the lead in the Southern Division of the USA Rugby League as all four of the clubs in the division prepare to wrap up their regular seasons next Saturday, July 18.
Playoff games for the 2015 USA Rugby League Season begin on one of three Saturdays: July 25, August 1, or August 8; depending on which team wins what games in the last week of the regular season.
The Warriors versus Rhinos matchup followed a Rugby League-style youth camp sponsored by the Warriors held on Saturday morning at the Sperling Sports Complex, also located in DeLand.

[This was a] very impressive win by the Central Florida Warriors over the Atlanta Rhinos on Saturday by 36 to 22. The Warriors travel to Jacksonville this Saturday [July 18] to take on The Jacksonville Axemen in a game that will determine home field playoff locations. Kick off in Jacksonville is 5:30 p.m. at the University of North Florida.
Rhinos look ahead to next Saturday’s game against the Mayhem
[It was a] tough loss for the Atlanta Rhinos [Saturday, July 11] with a score of 22-36 moved the Rhinos to second place in the league behind [the] Central Florida [Warriors]. With one more game next weekend [Saturday, July 18] against Tampa Mayhem, the Rhinos are pushing forward and looking to close out the regular season with a win!
