Beginning of the culinary low calorie yogurt miniature cup cake slices start with Wilton decorative paper cup cake holders. Next choose a yogurt of your chose.
Get a pastry filling bag kit. Choose a thin layer Wilton tip. Bake cupcakes with muffin tins. The yogurt of chose should be at least one cup.
Add lightly cut almonds in a bowl. Add jellied dates about 1/4 cup to mixing bowl. Next 2 tablespoons of liquid sweetner and mix in bowl.
Cupcake mix should be white cake mix in one pan size. Mix and blend, reduce the egg whites ingredients to half. Cool cupcakes and finish filling. Use a Wilton tip for a small hole in each cupcake about 1/2 to each cupcake.
Fill pastry bag with filling and fill to each cupcake. Let cupcakes set about 5 minutes and then spread remaining liquid sweetner on top of each cupcake.
Lightly brush sweetner to the top of each cupcake. Jellied dates, slice and place on top. Cut in 4 squares each cupcake. Use cellophane wrap and wrap each square. Keep in cool temperature in refrigerator. These sweets are ready for every day stored energy snacks.
