The UCLA vs. Arizona live stream and televised 2015 NCAA football matchup on Saturday night will bring two ranked Pac-12 South opponents under the spotlight as they continue their early push towards a BCS playoff berth. The winner of this matchup, either the No. 9 Bruins, or No. 16 Wildcats, will greatly improve their chances at being considered for a spot later this season. With both teams at 3-0 it should providing an exciting primetime game as the televised and live streaming NCAA football will be presented by ABC and ESPN networks.
According to the Sept. 26 report from ESPN.com, linebacker Scooby Wright of Arizona is expected to play for tonight’s home game against the Bruins. Wright was reported to have said, via a source, that his “knee feels good.” That’s definitely good news for the Wildcats as they’ll try to win for their first time against a ranked UCLA team since back in early November of 2005. A victory would certainly boost Arizona’s ranking and potential stock as their season continues towards the BCS playoffs. The team is currently ranked seventh in the nation in total yards of offense and fourth overall in rushing thanks to Nick Wilson and quarterback Jerrard Randall.
On the opposing side, UCLA will get back cornerback Ishmael Adams after he was reinstated from a three-game suspension due to being arrested last month. The Bruins have won their last three games against Arizona under coach Jim Mora and have looked strong ahead of conference play. So far this season, they’ve edged then-No. 19 BYU by a point in Week 1, took down UNLV 37-3 in Week 2, and then trumped Virginia at home 34-16. That gives them the ultimate road test for tonight’s game at Arizona Stadium where they face their first conference foe of the early season. They’ll have the role of visiting favorites in what could be a rowdy environment during primetime TV.
Odds makers have the visiting Bruins as two point favorites on the spread for tonight’s game. For the moneyline, UCLA is priced at -125 while the underdog Wildcats are +115. The over/under is set at a total of 65 points for the game. Heading into tonight’s matchup, UCLA is still among the top 10 teams on the futures list for odds of winning the championship at 22 to 1, while Arizona is more of a longshot right now at 200 to 1. A win for the home team will certainly have odds makers and analysts re-evaluating their chances of winning it all.
