SeaDream Yacht Club has two luxury ships the ply the Caribbean through winter and is already planning special holiday cruises with all the traditional fixings. And even though it’s still summer, the booking window for holiday week cruises is now.
While SeaDream’s 112-guest twin mega-yachts SeaDream I and SeaDream II are visiting exclusive ports larger ships cannot access, SeaDream’s chefs will source ingredients from each destination’s local purveyors whenever possible to create menus that change daily.
“Our commitment to culinary excellence is well-known among the most discerning travelers for artfully prepared gourmet cuisine and outstanding beverage service,” says President Bob Lepisto. “This holiday season is no exception and Executive Chef Ondrej Havlicek has crafted a menu sure to satisfy our epicurean-minded guests.”
Highlights from Thanksgiving dinner include slow roasted tom turkey on bread stuffing served with green peas and silver onions in a cream sauce, asparagus, sweet mashed potatoes and gravy. For Christmas dinner, guests can chow down on whole roast prime ribeye of beef with Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables served with Burgundy gravy. Guests also have the option to choose from the always-available specialty menus including the Raw Food and Japanese Menus.
