Colorado Corn is also featured in Kachina’s Quinoa Corn Pudding, accompanying the Smoked Bison Meatloaf, and in the Corn Salsa, served with the Chipotle Shrimp + Waffles and the Ruby Red Trout. The special corn dishes are available now until the corn runs out.
