New York Times bestselling author Kevin Trudeau published a book in 2007 called: The Weight Loss Cure “They” Don’t Want You to Know About. In his book Mr. Trudeau states that the weight loss cure was discovered and developed by a prominent British medical doctor named Dr. A.T.W. Simeons over 30 years ago. Kevin Trudeau’s book “The Weight Loss Cure They Don’t Want You to Know About” comes straight from Dr. A.T.W. Simeons manuscript Pounds and Inches: A New Approach to Obesity.
The cover of Mr. Trudeau’s book boasts:
* The Revolutionary Plan That Reshapes Your Body
* Gets Rid Of Abnormal Fat
* Increases Your Metabolism
* Eliminates Hunger And Food Cravings
Inside the book Mr. Trudeau writes: “The weight loss cure is not a diet, not an exercise program, not a psychological behavior modification program, or some other system that is supposed to help you lose weight. The weight loss cure actually addresses and corrects the physiological cause of obesity, weight gain, and inability to lose weight.”
There are actually four phase’s to this weight loss protocol. The first phase takes thirty days, the second phase takes a minimum of three weeks to a maximum of six weeks, the third phase takes three weeks, and the fourth phase is to be continued for the rest of your life.
Phase one recommends a list of sixty do’s and don’ts. Phase two has to be done under the supervision of a licensed health care provider. Phase three “resets metabolism to a high normal state, eliminates future intense and constant hunger, and prevents the abnormal future storing of fat in the secure problem area fat reserves in the body.” Phase four a list of fifty do’s and don’ts.
It’s a tough regime and would be hard for anyone to do it all, but by just adding a few of these suggestions a day or week you could be on your way to a healthier lifestyle such as: drinking one-half to one gallon of water per day, eat organic apples and grapefruit daily, walking one hour per day, sleep eight hours per night, step outside and get some sun, do yoga, lift weights, and do rebound exercise’s on a mini-trampoline, breathe deeply, listen to relaxing music, and limit sugary drinks.
There are many different things you can do to help yourself get healthier from the list in the book that you can choose from and like a lot of the above don’t cost any money. Some suggestions are costly though such as going to a licensed colon therapist and receiving fifteen colonics in thirty days, and doing other cleanses such as heavy metal cleanse, colon cleanse, liver cleanse, eliminating parasites, getting massages, and taking supplements.
It’s a little overwhelming at first look, but if you break it down and do a few of the things on the lists surely anyone would lose weight and enjoy the healthy benefits from staying hydrated, exercising and walking daily.
Remember to always consult a licensed health care provider before starting any weight loss program or taking any new medications including herbs and supplements.
