‘Harvey’s meals will not disappear from the Alhambra Theater & Dining except through your digestive tracks. Executive Chef DeJuan Roy has created a unique menu for “Harvey”: that is fit for the royalty of Lord Charles Shaughnessy and Lady Susan Fallendar Shaughnessy.
Harvey Dinner Menu:
First course: Chorizo, olives, yellow sundried tomato with a warm baguette, or Beefsteak tomato filled with charred onion dressing and Saga blue cheese.
Second course: Seared grouper with Boursin cheese grits, corn, bacon and lima beans; or Asiago and herb crusted center cut pork medallions with wild mushroom; or Bourbon Sweet potatoes, and brusselsprouts; or BBQ boneless Short rib with potato salad and mustard greens. The Vegetarian dish is Mushroom Strudel with a medley of root vegetables and yellow pepper pesto.
Third course: Pistachio Ice cream with praline cookies, or Lemon Icebox cake with butter cream frosting, or Fresh fruit cup, or Raspberry Sorbet, or Chocolate mousse.
