The sounds of the holiday season seem to take on a gentler tone. There is more brightness and openness – an increased softening and caring one for another. What is the missing spiritual and energetic link needed to always reflect the light of divinity? This missing link is a state of heart, mind and way of life, with patterns that create the system able to express and radiate peacefulness in daily life.
“We greatly influence others with our thoughts … if our thoughts are kind, peaceful and quiet, turned only toward good, then we also influence ourselves and radiate peace all around us.”
Tree of Life. This shift in mindfulness is also represented through vibrational frequencies manifested in song, prayer, chant, mantra or decree, as the human energy structure operates, in a coordinated effort, with all five elements: Earth, air, fire, water and the ethers. For example, air as the living breath, powers sound frequencies in the throat.
Higher vibrational frequencies of sound are effective cleansers and encourage healing, as this current is an audible stream of energy from the heart of God. While, at the same time, heart energy balancing-to- mind, this requires deep meditation because within that silence is the sacred link – the junction points to re-joining True Self with the Oneness of All consciousness.
Quality of life is supported by the benefits of health and blessings of healing. The change efforts can reflect perfection in planning, yet due to lack of knowledge related to the mind, body and spirit inner-connectedness, reflect unevenness in achievement. The success factors to be considered, these are found in the grounding/ foundational details that assist in repair. Evolving maturity brings an understanding as the spiritual merits of strength, expression and organization.
Strength underlies blessings of Spirit to meet and survive life’s challenges, as a light of hope. Giving light, in an expanded way, represents how inner light may shine outwards in positive and productive communications. Expression of gratitude is not linked to a specific event or holiday; as thankfulness is inherent, appropriate for every day. Kindness does matter!
Organization includes honoring the thirty second pause of reflective quietness, before taking actions in recognition of forgiveness and making peace with others. Using this time wisely starts with calming breaths, followed by affirmative, supportive words, and then allowing a more positive emotional space. Expect miracles because … “If you correct your mind the rest of your life will fall into place.” (-Lao Tzu)
Holistic wellness of being is recognized within the beauty of a person’s adaptation to change. The regulator to this transformative multiplier of energy is the force of innate wisdom, aligning with Creator’s cyclical perfection of harmonic light and sound flows.
Gentler pathways and smoother roads forgive ideas of greater or lesser than because the changes are truly about returning to changelessness, Home. When the light comes on, there is an awakening, and then desire to follow in the master’s footsteps, such as Buddha’s ways: “How would Buddha live in the world here, responding to this moment, as is?” The answer is found in the guidance of The Five Precepts: “Respect for life; Respect for other’s property; Respect for our pure nature; Respect for honesty, and Respect for a clear mind.”
