Sleep Number wants to announce to parents and teens that are heading to college about their scholarship giveaway. They are doing so in conjunction with the retail launch of the only smart bed for smart kids.
The bed is called the SleepIQ Kids bed. Sleep Number wants to reward children who sleep well, so they are offering to give away six college scholarships. They realize that there is so much talk about the ballooning cost of college. They want their contest to truly make some lucky college-goers and their parents’ dreams come true.
Sleep Number wants to recognize good sleepers who have big ambitions with the opportunity to win one of six college scholarships. They are giving them away because they understand the correlation between sleep and performance in school.
The SleepIQ bed is truly a revolutionary bed. It offers kids both comfort and adjustability with its DualAir technology. It also tracks their sleep so that parents can help their children to improve both at sleep and in life because the better the sleep, the better the performance! There is even an app that comes with the bed in order to fight off monsters.
The smart bed for smart kids adjusts with kids as they grow. Each bed features a head-tilt to comfort kids that have stuffy heads. The bed will alert parents when their youngsters are up out of bed, so that they can get their kids back in bed.
The bedding features the Smart Button Bedding and SmartFit Design. Even the most active of sleepers cannot pull the sheets out of place and drop them onto the floor thanks to the buttons on each side of the fitted sheet. The buttons also attach to the fitted top sheet, keeping it intact. Additionally, layers of bedding can also be attached using the Smart Button System.
So, beginning tomorrow, Friday, July 31st, families are invited to visit a Sleep Number store. While there they will be able to find their Sleep Number setting and learn how a better night’s sleep can set kids up for success. They can also pick up an entry form to qualify for the scholarships.
Kids will be asked to draw a picture, or if old enough write an essay about why sleep is important to them and how sleep will help them to achieve their dreams.
On each entry form will be found a special code that parents can use to submit their kid’s piece of artwork (for children ages 4-9) or 200 word essay (for children ages 10-14). Parents can find more information about the submittals by logging onto www.sleepnumber.com.
Just stop by a Sleep Number store. What can it hurt? Your kid may even get lucky enough to win one of the six scholarships that the organization is giving away.
