What trip to the beach is complete without a frozen, frosty or fruity beverage shared with friends? At your next beach getaway, backyard BBQ or poolside picnic, forget the hassle of buying a bunch of mixers and fruit slices and trying to recreate your favorite tiki bar cocktails. With SKYY Vodka’s new Barcraft line of fruit-infused vodkas, all you have to do is add club soda. Fruity garnishments and frilly umbrellas are completely up to you.
With the Barcraft line, SKYY has perfected the process of making great cocktails and drinks into two easy steps. Simply choose a flavor and add one part SKYY to two parts club soda for a refreshing cocktail.
SKYY Barcraft is available in three delicious flavors:
- Margarita Lime has the tangy taste of a true margarita without having to slice a lime (though it still makes a great garnishment).
- White Sangria captures the taste of Spain without popping open a bottle of wine.
- Watermelon Fresca lets you experience the cool taste of summer all year long.
Without the need for fancy bar equipment, a professional bartender or lots of extra ingredients, SKYY Barcraft flavored vodkas let anybody enjoy the ease of mixing it up at home. It is also convenient for serving drinks while on vacation. All you need to pack is a bottle of SKYY and some club soda.
From the press release, Otis Florence, SKYY Vodka’s International Mixologist, said,
“We have seen cocktail culture evolve in the past few years with a big focus on craft cocktails. This has naturally led to consumers wanting craft cocktails at home, but without the multiple steps and hard-to-find ingredients. That’s where SKYY steps in, hacking a full-flavored cocktail experience using only two ingredients –SKYY Barcraft and club soda. Barcraft is a testament to SKYY’s commitment to quality and a pioneering approach to answering a consumer need.”
Umberto Luchini, VP of Marketing at Campari America, said,
“SKYY Barcraft is the next step in flavored vodka. Consumers want to bring craft cocktails and the elevated bar experience into their homes. But, they are also seeking convenience and simplicity. We’re answering this need for more interesting flavor profiles and filling a white space in the premium vodka category with SKYY Barcraft.”
Created in San Francisco in 1992, SKYY Vodka originated as a tiny startup and has become into the leading domestic premium vodka in the US. SKYY revolutionized vodka quality with its quadruple-distillation and triple-filtration process, which delivers a fresh, clean and smooth taste.
SKYY Infusions was first released in 2008 and has charted a new course for flavored vodkas, quickly becoming a centerpiece of classic and contemporary mixology.
