On Monday, Sept. 28, Grammy winning Christian artist Sandi Patty announced on NBC’s Today Show that she is saying “farewell & thank you” with her upcoming “Forever Grateful” World Tour. She also took time to share a few of her “Favorite Things” in the show’s popular segment. The tour will begin in February, 2016 and run throughout the year.
Sandi Patty has won five Grammy awards over her very accomplished career. She also has four Billboard Music Awards, three platinum records, five gold records, over forty Dove awards, and has sold more than twelve million. Her music has been capturing and inspiring hearts around the world since she stepped onto the national stage in 1986.
The singer will release a new album, “Forever Grateful” in early 2016. The album will feature brand new songs, many of which were co-written by Sandi herself. In addition, the album will feature songs co-written by Michael W. Smith, Nichole Nordeman and others.
Sandi Patty will appear at Carnegie Hall this Thanksgiving 2015 for the 5th Annual Christmas in New York concert event. Tickets for the 2016 “Forever Grateful” Spring Tour will go on sale nationally in November, 2015. As partr of her humanitarian efforts, the tour will be teaming with Word Vision,
