“For many years I’ve been intrigued by breakthroughs in people’s lives. I was driven by the idea that they should be replicable, that is that they were not random events or miracles. It turns out that we have a rich, rich tapestry of sensory space within us that is largely untapped. Breath work can open that up to reveal some amazing information. It’s like a siphon into the unconscious and perhaps the soul. Obviously that is a very exciting proposition. And often it provides the epiphany we need to be transformed.” — Ron Chapman
Dear Readers, I initially became aware of Ron Chapman in early 2009 when my first book was accepted by Ozark Mountain Publishing. Ron was already a successful, seasoned Ozark author when I reached out and asked him to review Windows of Opportunity for me. He didn’t hesitate, and I will always be grateful for his immense kindness. I actually got to meet him in person later that year when I was asked to fill in for a Speaker couldn’t make it to the Conference. I remember being enthralled as I sat in the audience listening to him speak about his book Seeing True: Ninety Contemplations in Ninety Days. Fast-forward to 2015, and we will both be speakers at this year’s Conference, and I’m so looking forward to seeing him again.
Here’s a little bit of background about Ron: He has a Masters in Social Welfare and is the Director of Holistic Management International. He’s an internationally accredited speaker with Toastmasters International, and a national award-winning radio commentator. He is the author of three books and three CD sets, and the creator of the Seeing True™, a program which helps folks facilitate profound changes and transformation in their lives by looking at people, situations and problems through new eyes and perceiving the possibilities and potentials that arise. He also does a video blog on his SeeingTrue.com website (and do check out that website—it contains a lot of important and interesting info). Here are links to some of Ron’s books and CD’s:

- Breathing, Releasing, and Breaking Through: A Practice for Seeing Through

The title of Ron’s talk for the 2015 Transformation Conference (July 17th-19th) is Breathing for Awakening Heart and Soul, and here’s a brief description:
There is a body of Tibetan thought that contends enlightenment occurs in the body, not in the mind. They might say that awakening is an embodiment, and prescribe a number of somatic practices in order to experience it. Breath work meditation is one of those approaches. Deep within us is a tremendous well of information in more forms than we can imagine. Call it the knowledge of the heart, or the way of the soul, or any of the descriptors that point toward accessing that which is beyond our normal, intellectual orientation. This session explores the use of the breath to tap valuable information and to bring it into our awareness in order to further inner development and the realization of our potential.
During the Conference, Ron will be offering private intuitive sessions using breath work ($45 for 45 minutes) and you can call 800-935-0045 to schedule an appointment.
Oh–mark your calendar: Ron will be joining me and several other Conference Speakers on the Shelly Wilson Show on Wednesday, May 27th at 3:00 EST. Tune in live if you can or pull up the show from the archives—it’s sure to be a lot of fun!
