The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe has quite a summer on tap, according to Robin Penning , Communications Manager at the resort.
First up is an exciting interactive summer culinary experience, which is everything your imagination may think it is, in a gorgeous setting dedicated to pampering their guests. If you are thinking in terms of interactions with chefs, other diners, winemakers, spirits and beer purveyors, this is where you’ll want to check in.
The Ritz will once again offer its signature Tahoe Long Table Dinner Series, Friday evening Family Cookouts and dining at The Chef’s Table.
According to Stanley Miller, executive chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, “The summer season has always been the most popular time for entertaining, enjoying the company of others, meeting new friends and enjoying great food, outdoor barbeques, and other family fun. We look forward to welcoming our guests to enjoy a variety of culinary experiences that are sure to be memorable, include great conversation, and enjoyment of our favorite summer seasonal dishes.”
Friday and Saturday evenings will offer interactive tapas tasting. Gaze directly into the exposition kitchen, interact with the chef, with communal settings for no more than 6 people, and your taste buds will thank you for being one of the 6 guests. For a starting price of $95 per person, the tasting menus include six-courses.
The Tahoe Long Table Dinner series is offered on select dates throughout the summer season. The Long Table offering is a five-course pairing dinner for $125 per person.
Friday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. through out the summer season will see a Family Cookout at The Backyard Bar & BBQ. It’s an al la carte offering with rotating Friday night specials which will include suckling pig, smoked leg of lamb and turkey legs, along with other barbeque dishes.
