The “Pretty Little Liars” midseason finale airs tomorrow evening and it is going to be the most exciting episode yet. Season 6, episode 10 is titled “Game Over, Charles” and the synopsis reveals some information, but it seems like it could be misleading. There are also “PLL” spoilers that have fans talking. After Tuesday’s episode, the show will not return for a few months. What is going to happen in season 6B, after the identity of “A” is revealed? On Aug. 8, the Latino Post revealed what to expect in “Pretty Little Liars” season 6B.
Before getting to season 6B, let’s talk about “Game Over, Charles.” On the midseason finale of “Pretty Little Liars,” the girls are going to discover the identity of “A.” They are also going to find out why and how their tormenter did everything. The synopsis for the upcoming episode has been released and it reveals a lot, but is also a bit confusing. The “Pretty Little Liars” season 6, episode 10 synopsis reads,
“Who killed Toby’s mother? Who hit Alison in the head with the rock the night she went missing? Who is Red Coat? Who killed Bethany? Who is the Black Widow? Why has ‘A’ been targeting the PLLs all this time? After years of torture, Alison, Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer finally come face-to-face with their tormentor and learn the story of how and why Charles became ‘A.’”
Even though the synopsis states that Charles is “A,” would they really reveal such a huge spoiler? It seems unlikely, although it is possible Charles is working for “A.” The girls already suspect Charles is “A,” but in sneak peek clips for “Pretty Little Liars” season 6, episode 10, the girls are shocked to discover the identity of “A.” It seems that they are surprised who it is, meaning it is probably someone they never suspected.
As for “Pretty Little Liars” season 6B, there will be a time jump of five years after the girls graduate. They have been out of college for one year and are established in their careers. Marlene King told Entertainment Weekly that this is the reason why the girls will be dressed professionally and have different looks.
Even though the identity of “A” has been revealed, they still suffer. They have been free of “A” for five years. However, they have post-traumatic stress and the past haunts them. What they dealt with also affects the decisions that they make. It seems unlikely that “Pretty Little Liars” season 6B will focus entirely on how the past still affects them, especially since there will be a seventh season. Always surprising viewers, it is safe to assume that they have a new tormenter or perhaps who they thought was “A” really wasn’t the person in charge.
