Here are helpful pregnancy tips: Consume healthy meals and snacks, schedule an appointment with your gynecologist or local health department immediately, follow your doctor’s orders, talk with your doctor before taking over-the-counter and/or prescribed medications, take prenatal vitamins as prescribed, avoid stressful environments and get plenty of rest.
