Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday May 25, 2015. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Melchor Barrera, 47, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County and charged with DUI (alcohol), open container, failure to maintain lane and driving without insurance.
Samuel Edward Cash, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, driving while license suspended and failure to obey stop sign. Cash remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set. See also (4/24/2015)
Lisa Elizabeth Crocker, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI, too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane and striking fixed object. Crocker was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $3,070 have been set. See also (12/20/2013)
Andrew Nguyen Inglis, 45, of Aragon was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, expired tag and no proof of insurance. Inglis was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,840 have been set.
Stephen Ray Larkin, 31, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant out of Haralson County. See also (12/9/2013)
Jeffery Ray Timms, 37, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Timms was released the same day after posting a $800 property bond. See also (4/28/2015)
Jesse Steven Turner, 27, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant hold for Paulding County for felony probation violation. See also (5/1/2015)
Dana Michele Woody, 39, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Woody was released the same day after posting a $800 property bond. See also (4/28/2015)
