Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday May 24, 2015. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Betty Jean Brinkley, 47, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Brinkley was released the same day after posting a $440 property bond.
Calvin Tyler Folsom, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with under-age DUI, possession of alcohol by a minor, laying drag and violation of driver’s license restrictions. Folsom was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,202.
Rene Garza Jr., 40, of Piedmont, AL was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, reckless conduct, criminal trespass, pointing a gun at another person and discharging a firearm while under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Garza remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.
Tyler Wayne Hannah, 21, of Hiram was arrested and charged with theft by taking. Hiram remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $10,100 property bond has been set.
Rob Lee Jordan, 35, of Aragon was arrested and charged with suspended license and defective equipment. jordan was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,760. See also (9/20/2014)
Debreen L McCullough, 29, of Cedartown was indicted by a Grand Jury on a felony charge of violation of Georgia Employment Security Law. McCullough remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (1/3/2014)
Heather Adrienne Shelley, 37, of Rome was arrested and charged with public drunkenness. Shelley remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set.
Juan Pelico Vicente, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI, hit and run, failure to maintain lane and driving without a license. Vicente was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $4,810 have been set.
Dedric Maurice Wilson, 38, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn, suspended tag and DUI by refusal. Wilson remains in custody at the time of this publication.Property bonds totaling $4,832 have been set.
