Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday May 21, 2015. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Terri Renee Canania, 48, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Canania was released on 5/21 after paying a $965 cash fine.
Catherine Leann Galloway Canter, 45, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with attempting to elude a police officer and probation violation. Canter remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Yolanda Denise Crane, 40, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Crane was released the same day after posting a $1,800 property bond.
Cynthia Dawn Dupree, 42, of Lyerly is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Chattooga County where she is charged with possession of meth and possession of meth with intent to distribute.
Versace Johnne Kemp, 19, of Atlanta was arrested and charged with felony identity fraud, fourth degree forgery, fraudulent driver’s license and printing, executing or negotiating checks knowing information is in error. Kemp was released on 5/24 after posting property bonds totaling $8,100.
Brent Railee Morris, 29, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. Morris remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/8/2015)
Bobby Edward Perez, 41, of Aragon was arrested on warrants for two counts failure to appear, probation violation and a warrant for failure to pay child support. Perez remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/22/2014)
Sherika Lashun Richardson, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license, giving false statements to law enforcement and a window tint violation. Richardson was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,250.
Ermila Vasquez, 36, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Vasquez remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set.
