Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday August 9, 2015. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Nadeah Delquis Culberson, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license and driving without a seat belt. Culberson was released on 8/10 after posting property bonds totaling $1,440.
Wendy Lynn Hamrick, 33, of Cedartown was arrested on 27 South at Windy Hill and charged with possession of meth and unregistered vehicle. Hamrick remains in custody at the time of this publication in the Floyd County jail. A $5,700 property bond has been set. See also (6/22/2014)
Aaron Chastity Henry, 37, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Henry was released the same day after paying a $1,600 cash fine.
Jeffery Hoskins, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Hoskins was released on 8/10 after posting a $300 property bond.
Endia Lyn Tompkins, 52, of Cedartown was arrested at Redmond Hospital and charged with public drunk and a warrant out of Douglas County. Tompkins remains in custody at the time of this publication in the Floyd County jail. A $140 cash bond has been set. See also (10/6/2013)
Bryan Keith Westmoreland, 48, of Cedartown was arrested on 27 South at Windy Hill and charged with possession of meth, possession of schedule II controlled substance (Xanax) and drugs not in original container. Westmoreland remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication in the Floyd County jail. See also (1/5/2014)
Tizdrian Quamel Wilson, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and theft by shoplifting. Wilson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $8,100 have been set.
