Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday August 7, 2015. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Patsy Jean Bowen, 57, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Bowen remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,500 property bond has been set. See also (6/13/2015)
Darius Antun Dorsey, 29, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession of tools used for the commission of crime, possession of a weapon during commission of crime, sale of marijuana, suspended license, reflectors and defective equipment. Dorsey was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $21,300.
James Robert Hedgecoth, 25, of Summerville is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Chattooga County. Hedgecoth remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Richard J Hudson III, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery (FVA), first degree cruelty to children, and third degree cruelty to children. Hudson was released on 8/10 after posting property bonds totaling $7,600. See also (8/17/2014)
Rita Ann Jordan, 51, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Jordan remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash fine has been set. See also (3/24/2015)
Martin Randall Meadows, 45, of Trion is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Chattooga County where he is charged with probation violation.
William Lester Parker, 36, of Menlo is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Chattooga County.
Tremaine Antonio Smith, 30, of Hillsboro was booked into the Polk County jail on a hold for Floyd County where he is charged with impersonating a public officer, terroristic threats and acts, aggravated assault, kidnapping (adult), false imprisonment, first degree residential burglary, and armed robbery.
Danterrian Rayshod Turner, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane and driving without a valid license. Turner remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $3,512 have been set.
