Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday August 28, 2015. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Tosha Nicole Bailey, 29, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding. Bailey was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,840.
Morris Kristopher Brown, 38, of Pinson, AL was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding. Brown was released on 8/29 after posting property bonds totaling $1,890.
Jerson Lucas Mateo, 22, of Cedartown was sentenced.
Patricia Danielle Morris, 20, of Aragon was arrested and charged with felony theft by shoplifting. Morris was released on 8/29 after posting a $3,100 property bond. See also (4/30/2015)
Mario Isaac Nicholson, 53, of Aragon was arrested in Floyd County and charged with first degree forced entry residential burglary. See also (8/14/2013)
Ashley Nicole Proctor, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of schedule IV drugs and possession of drugs not in original container. Proctor remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set. See also (7/5/2015)
Steve Rogers, 61, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Rogers was released the same day after paying a $290 cash fine. See also (9/21/2014)
Byron Lee Sisson, 25, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, open container and failure to apply for new license within 60 days of address change. Sisson was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,202.
Tomas Raniro Tzun-Lopez, 33, of Cedartown was sentenced. See also (5/30/2015)
