Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday August 25, 2015. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Jack Proffitt Brown, 46, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County and charged with driving a commercial vehicle without a valid commercial license on person.
Brandon Ray Carter, 27, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of meth, possession of tools used for the commission of crime and theft by shoplifting. Carter was released on 8/26 after posting property bonds totaling $8,200.
Amy Marlene Crane, 36, of Summerville is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Chattooga County where she is charged with probation violation. See also (5/20/2015)
Anthony Ladale Cummings, 48, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Cummings remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $500 cash bond has been set.
Zachery Lavelle Johnson, 28, of Carrollton was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Johnson remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Frances Ginger Locklear, 30, of Aragon was arrested and charged with shoplifting (fourth offense) , criminal trespass (second offense) and a warrant out of Floyd County. Locklear remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/17/2015)
Hector Gonzales Perez, 27, of Cartersville was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Perez remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Daniel Joshua Snell, 39, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer and disorderly conduct. Snell was released on 8/26 after paying cash bonds totaling $411. See also (12/12/2014)
Jaden Ryan-Rice Snell, 19, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI (under-age), open alcohol container, failure to maintain lane, under-age possession of alcohol. Snell was released on 8/26 after posting property bonds totaling $10,100. See also (11/18/2013)
Jessica Nicole Thomas, 39, of Flintstone is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Chattooga County where she is charged with child support violation. A $12,532.97 purge payment has been set.
Jennifer Colleen Ware, 33, of Rockmart was arrested in Floyd County and charged with theft by shoplifting. See also (11/11/2014)
Audrey Gwen Wheeler, 58, of Cartersville is currently housed at the Polk County jail while in custody of the U.S. Marshals.
