Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday August 21, 2015. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Zachary Tyler Cates, 20, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. Cates was released the same day after posting a $1,620 property bond.
Byron Keith Cole, 40, of Dallas was arrested and charged with DUI, following too closely, improper passing and failure to maintain lane. Cole was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $6,500.
Dakota Robert Garrett, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Garrett was released on 8/22 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (9/8/2013)
Tyler Lane Jones, 18, of Aragon was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and a tail light violation. Jones was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,800.
Mary Michelle Mullins, 26, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Mullins was released the same day after posting a $800 property bond.
Cheryl Lynn Stegall, 42, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant hold for Haralson County. See also (10/21/2011)
Letrina Gail Truett, 50, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Truett was released on 8/22 after posting a $2,600 property bond. Truett was released on 8/22 after posting a $2,600 property bond. See also (5/5/2015)
Kristie Wisham, 34, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Wisham remains in custody at the time of this custody. A $1,077.50 cash fine has been set.
