Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday August 10, 2015. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Tracy Lynn Brock, 44, of Lindale was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court and truancy. Brock remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/26/2014)
Leon Harley Bowling, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with contempt of court regarding child support. Bowling was released on 8/11 on a $1716.22 cash bond. See also (1/5/2011)
Kendra Leanne Davis, 19, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Davis remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $175 cash fine has been set. See also (3/28/2015)
James Aubrey Guttery Jr., 49, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. Guttery was released the same day after posting a $1,400 property bond. See also (10/3/2013)
James Thomas Hampton, 19, of Lindale is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Floyd County where he is charged with probation violation.
Steven Wayne Kelly, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA), hit and run and aggressive driving. Kelly remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (7/17/2015)
Faith Anne Kipfer, 39, of Gulfport, MS was arrested and charged with attempt or conspiracy to violate Georgia Controlled Substance Act. Kipfer remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $25.100 property bond has been set.
Emily Cade Mason, 19, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with under-age DUI (alcohol), failure to maintain lane and driving too fast for conditions. Mason was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,912. See also (15 Polk County teens arrested in Floyd County)
Kaylie Danielle Poole, 22, of Summerville is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Chattooga County where she is charged with possession of dangerous drugs, drugs not in original container and possession of marijuana. Property bonds totaling $4120 have been set.
Zachary Dan Sherman, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Sherman was released the same day after posting a $300 property bond. See also (5/6/2015)
Tammy Sue Wills, 41, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Wills was released the same day after posting a $300 property bond.
