The Panthers vs. Titans live TV and streaming online matchup highlights the early portion of the 2015 NFL Week 10 schedule on Sunday. Carolina is still among the few undefeated squads left in the league and the only in the NFC, after surviving some late comeback scares in their recent games. However, they’ve proven themselves resilient now against opponents such as Seattle, Indianapolis and Green Bay. For Week 10, they’ll get a road game against a 2-6 Tennessee team looking for an upset, if possible. The 2015 NFL live online and televised coverage comes via Fox and other sources.
A Nov. 14 report via Charlotte Observer indicates that the keys to a win in this game for Carolina will be forcing rookie quarterback Marcus Mariota and his supporting cast into mistakes. Mariota has five fumbles so far in his rookie season, and has lost four of those to the opposing team. Panthers defensive end Kony Ealy has registered strip-sacks in his past two games, so watch for him to try to get to the young QB and help his team get some turnovers.
Speaking of defense, that is where Tennessee excels so far. They started their season 1-0 before dropping six straight and then pulling off the overtime upset win 34-28 last week at New Orleans. In that game, the defense had 69 total tackles including four sacks, as well as one interception by B.W. Webb. Marcus Mariota also threw for 371 yards and four touchdowns on 28-of-39 completions with no interceptions. He and his team will need a similar, probably flawless performance on offense, and some great defense to pull off a second-straight upset.
The undefeated Panthers first opened as six-point favorites on the road, but the line has since dropped a bit to around four or 4-1/2 points for the spread. The over/under points total is around 44 points for the entire game. On the moneyline, Carolina is priced at -210 while the Titans are +175 home underdogs. The Panthers are also among the top teams for the future odds list to win the Super Bowl in 2016, as they are currently listed at 10 to 1, ranking them fourth behind Arizona, Green Bay and New England.
