The Notre Dame vs. Pittsburgh live TV and streaming online football game arrives as part of Saturday’s Week 10 slate from the 2015-16 NCAA schedule. Notre Dame continues to remain among the nation’s top teams, ranked No. 5, despite one loss on their record so far. They’ll be on the road for a tough test as the 6-2 Panthers try to grab a huge upset. Can the Fighting Irish continue their momentum after defeating a ranked Temple squad? The 2015 NCAA football live stream and televised action arrives via ABC and ESPN networks.
According to an ESPN.com report from Nov. 6, the toughest game left on the schedule for the Irish after Saturday’s matchup will be current No. 9 Stanford on Nov. 28 to close out their regular season schedule. Between that game and the Panthers in Pittsburgh this Saturday will be two easier contests as Notre Dame faces Wake Forest at home next weekend and Boston College on the road a week later. The story of both the Irish and the Panthers coming into this latest matchup will be close call games.
Pitt is 5-2 overall in games decided by single digit margins this season. The Panthers’ most recent game was a 26-19 loss versus North Carolina, but prior to that, they’d won four straight, all by a margin of four points or less. On the flipside, Notre Dame has orchestrated some crushing defeats in four of their last five, and also some comebacks in the fourth quarter of games. That included their 34-27 victory in their second game against Virginia, as well as last week’s 24-20 win at Temple. Will their latest game at Pitt have a similar theme?
Odds makers believe it just might, as the line opened at 7-1/2 points in favor of the Irish. Most sports books now are offering Notre Dame for as much as nine or 9-1/2 points, while they are also -365 favorites on the moneyline. The home team will be a +305 underdog, while the points total is set around 53 points for the game. The Fighting Irish are still among the top seven candidates on the futures list to win the 2016 College Football Championship, with odds of 14 to 1 to win it all.
Saturday’s Notre Dame vs. Pittsburgh matchup gets started at approximately 12 p.m. EST. Live television coverage will be available around the United States on ABC affiliate stations. For live streaming online coverage, cable and satellite viewers will want to check out the Watch ABC or WatchESPN mobile apps or websites to see if the game is online in their region.
