There weren’t a lot of books that came out this holiday week, but the books that did come out made a splash on the book lists. Nora Roberts’s latest Romance novel, Night Moves, was the perfect book for those looking to cozy up after eating their Thanksgiving meal. The book topped iBooks and Nook e-book sales, while grabbing the number six spot for Kindle sales. James Patterson’s latest book, Cross Justice, did well this week to. The book grabbed the number four spot for Kindle sales, the number three spot for Nook and iBook sales.
The New York Times Best-Selling list has Janet Evanovich topping the list with her latest book, Tricky Twnety-Two. Nora Roberts’s book is likely to do well on the list next week after having so many of her other books do well for the list. The list is seeing of new faces as repeat authors are releasing books to get ready for the holiday season.
It’s going to be another slow week as we work into the beginning of December. Jennifer L. Armentrout’s companion novel to Obsidian, Oblivion, should do well with the Young Adult readers as it takes us in the mind of Daemon Black. It’s should pick up as we get closer and closer to Christmas and the end of the year as a lot of authors will be looking to end the year with a book that they have been likely working on for a good portion of it.
