Out of the 30 teams in the NBA, 13 have yet to win a championship. Here is a list of those 13 teams that have never won a NBA Championship along with when they joined the NBA and how many times each team has appeared in the NBA Finals.
The list is for franchises so teams like the Oklahoma City Thunder are not listed because the franchise won a championship when it was in Seattle in 1979. The Atlanta Hawks have never won a title in Atlanta but the franchise won a championship as the St. Louis Hawks in 1958. The teams below are listed by the number of years they have been in the NBA without winning a championship.
