These natural fragrances can be mixed with carrier oils to add even more “oomph” to your self-care routines. Essential oils have therapeutic properties that can address a number of common skin and hair issues. Some of the most popular oils include:
Lavender-relaxing, anti-bacterial and soothing for sunburn and other skin ailments. Lavender can be used on skin without dilution.
