Each Tuesday evening, owner/chef Michael Clark and team present a special dinner menu, most often pairing Santa Cruz Mountain wineries and breweries with local produce and area seafood. A sumptuous buffet contributes to the chosen theme of the evening. This is the last of the 2015 series, but watch for 2016 dinners beginning in January.

December 1: Slow Food – Garlic roasted chicken Ratatouille will comfort you as we slip into the holiday season with Lisa Marie bringing you an assortment of holiday music. Lagunitas Beers will provide the libations.
December 8: Argentina- Churrasco style mixed grill with Chimichurri is the highlight of the evening. Argentinian wine varietals such as Torontes and Malbec will complement the meal. Stay tuned for musical entertainment, TBA.
December 15: The Greek Isles- Hummus two ways with homemade pita chips, classic Greek salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and pepperoncini. Israeli couscous with turmeric and mint, lamb shanks with orzo and Greek style yogurt with nuts and honey for dessert. Wines will be from Testarossa Vineyards.
