Meditation and its effect on our Business and us
Success is something that we all want to attain. It’s a station of life that we dream about. Who doesn’t want to be successful and powerful? To attain this success in your life, in whatever you dream to accomplish, you must realize that to increase your chances, it will all come down to you and the principles you set forth to make your dream a reality. When you add meditation and health together, you get two major ingredients for success. If you add action to the elements of meditation and health, success will surely be knocking at your door.
It is not a mystery that any action you take toward personal goals which you desire, will be inspired, because these goals are meaningful to you. The goal will be your driving force, motivation, and inspiration. For goals to become manifest in our world they require action. You are responsible and must play an active role in making things happen. Action is what separates dreaming from materializing. Jack Welch the master of success states, “Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision, and relentlessly drive it to completion.” My experience tells me the best way to develop a vision is meditating.
The specifics to meditation
What specifically is meditation? It is concentrated focus on a specific objective. Most people use meditation for a spiritual objective. In fact, meditation can be used for any objective. This means you can magnetize what you want to come into your life.
Now it is not instantaneous because remember meditation is a principle that affects you to take action to create your desire. It is important to note if you do use it for a negative outcome you will get that and all the negative karma that comes with it. Just to clarify what Karma is, it is for any action there is an equal reaction.
Some meditators use vision (dream) boards, which is a collection of motivational sayings, photographs, and cutouts from magazines that represent your strongest goals and desires. The believers who meditate and focus their vision illuminate what seems obvious and imagine as if it already happened, ask the universe for it, and over time receive it.
Harmonizing our desires requires universal principles
To harmonize your desires with your meditation then use the following principles to success and your goals will eventually materialize. These principles are: Action, defined path, attraction, being positive, Being present (seeing in the now), values, and accountability.
Action – any action you take toward your personal value-based goal will be inspired because it is deep-seated and meaningful to you. It will be your driving force, motivation, and inspiration. You are responsible and must play an active role in making things happen.
Defined path – build a step-by-step logical process that leads you to your desired goal. Each time you achieve one on the steps in the process acknowledge it and celebrate it.
Attraction – Be positive as it is associated with increased success, enhanced relationships, improved and improving health, being more open-minded, and many other personality traits and behaviors. Being positive helps us to achieve goals and meet the kind of people that are positive and influential in our lives. “Like tends to attract like”. Positive people attract other positive people and tend to get better jobs, have more successful careers, and better relationships.
Being present – Visualizing a possible future as if it has already happened means that you are living in the present. Being present lowers stress, decreases depression, improves immunity, increases safety, benefits psychological, emotional, spiritual and physical health, and enhances life satisfaction.
Values – While goals are specific locations on a map, values are like the GPS setting the directions on the map. Our principles of who we are. Values set a course on our life journey and affect the significance of our goals. Establishing goals based on our values enhances and stamps them with deeper impressions.
Accountability – we are responsible for our thoughts, our feelings, our attitudes, our words, our actions, and our reactions. Your role cannot be simply one of dreaming. Making things happen is your responsibility – step up to the plate. Acknowledging your ability to choose is empowering. Also, understand we are not responsible for everything.
In conclusion the road map to a successful business requires many principles done with intention and action. The assistance of focused attention and meditation are principles that enhance the manifestation of success.
