Katrina Pierson is the woman being called “Trump’s new face” and the fact that Pierson is extremely pretty has been another point made by the media today. Pierson isn’t about a pretty face, she’s about getting the word out that Trump is what America needs in the White House. People who know Pierson seem to fall into two separate camps when it comes to what she’ll bring to Trump’s campaign.
Some say she is a real go-getter and she’ll be especially useful for those still on the fence about Trump. Others see her as being all about self-promotion and getting her face out there to benefit her personal endeavors, like a line of clothing she’s launching.
So who is Katrina Pierson? Right now she’s Trump’s new spokesperson. After Monday’s announcement of a bill by Ted Cruz that aims to ban Muslim Syrian refugees from the U.S. and Donald Trump talking about American mosques, there was a third party heard from. That was Pierson, according to Politico on November 18.
Katrina took to Facebook to write her thoughts and she posted: “Islam preys on the weak and uses political correctness as cover. Two things that Americans won’t be concerned with when @realDonaldTrump is in the White House.”
Politico suggests “If Trump is to maintain both his dominance on the airwaves and the support of hard-core tea partyers, it will be with the help of Katrina Pierson, who speaks the language of the party’s grass-roots activists with more fluency and even less regard for the normal bounds of political discourse than her new boss.”
Trump has a strategy with appointing Pierson as his spokesperson no doubt, as this is a man a few steps ahead of everyone else when it comes to business strategies and getting into the White House is big business. Trump, who really doesn’t need a spokesperson because he’s done fine wearing that hat so far, has made it clear that he is all about surrounding himself with experts. That is how he plans to run the country when he moves into the White House. Pierson has something to add, you can bet on that, or Trump wouldn’t have put her in this position.
Madame Noire describes “the 39-year-old Tea Party activist out of Dallas has been doing grass-roots work with the Texas Tea Party since 2009, despite voting for President Obama in 2008. According to Politico, Pierson slowly but surely started taking issue with our commander in chief, beginning when he didn’t wear an American flag pin on his lapel.”
It sounds like Pierson stands her ground and this is a good thing! The American flag left off of the President’s lapel turned into a red flag for a lot of his one-time supporters. This incident had many realize that he wasn’t what they expected.
