Incarcerated persons are seeking love, romance, letters, friends, and “more” on the World Wide Web via Internet webpages. Some are interested in receiving money, others are seeking legal assistance or just someone to break the monotony.
Are they sincere? Are they truthful? Some are pulling a game, some are sincere, and some are quite … literal.
Here are several inmate pen-pal profiles you have to read to believe.
A long-term relationship…to Texas, in your car
Sonia Sanders writes, “I am also open-minded to developing a LTR (long term relationship)…” According to her inmate profile, Ms. Sanders is incarcerated for Kidnapping.
(In August 2005 Sanders escaped from a halfway house in Iowa with a male accomplice and kidnapped two separate persons, forcing both to drive them towards Texas. On the way, Sanders used the victim’s ATM card to extract cash to fund the trip – source)
“Passionate” about murder
“My personal approach to life is through wonder, creativity … and passion,” writes Debra Robert-Mounla, who “once upon a time started a jeep tour company in Arizona.”
In reality, Debra started a hit-man-for-hire business in Arizona, seeking someone to kill her husband. What she “hired” was an undercover officer who “proposed not merely killing her husband, but beating him up, breaking his arms, cutting off his testicles, then dropping him down a mineshaft full of snakes.” Debra was “just ecstatic over,” the idea, the officer reported.
Sweeping (8) people off their feet
Nyakueth D. Tear writes, “I’m that lady your mother warned you about.” Ms. Tear is being honest. She was arrested in Las Vegas for charges including eight counts of felony hit and run, eight counts of failure to render aid, & obstructing a police officer. Ms.. Tear drove her vehicle through a church group, hitting at least eight pedestrians, crashing the car, and then fleeing on foot. Once apprehended she gave false information, did not have a driver’s license, registration, or insurance. She writes, “I’m … awaiting for my prince charming to sweep me of my feet,” [SIC] but swept several people off their own feet, ranging in ages from 15 to 57, to include a pregnant woman. “To know me is to love me,” She adds.
… very deceiving
This photo was taken of Jennifer when she was arrested…for prostitution. Ms. Richmond was a “high class” prostitute arrested in a Florida sting. Reports are she was making at least $50,000.00 a year and purchased a Bentley for her boyfriend (read “pimp”).
