Daily walks can improve a dog and owner’s health. According to the American Heart Association, having a dog is particularly helpful because you get in physical activity when you walk your dog.
Walking your dog is a great way to bond and burn calories. According to actor William “Wil” Wheaton, I love to walk, since I got my dogs years ago and started walking them almost everyday. I have improved significantly in my general health and it feels good. I was a marathoner for a while and I’ve done lots and lots of 5K’s but there’s something much more calming for me.
