Last week on “General Hospital,” Dante found himself in a state of regret when he found out the real reason Lulu was keeping a secret. Tracy ran into a familiar face in Paul Hornsby. Jake and Elizabeth continued to get closer just as Luke, Laura and Lucky discovered that young Jake is alive. Those were just some of the fireworks set off last week and here’s what to expect the week of July 13 on “GH.”
Back in Port Charles, Laura (Genie Francis) shares a secret with Nikolas (Tyler Christopher). The revelation will put Nik further in a bind as far as his own secret goes. Jake (Billy Miller) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) may be close to figuring out that secret as they investigate Nik and Hayden’s relationship. Later Jake bumps into Monica (Leslie Charleson) and the two share some time together. Will Monica recognize similar traits between Jake and her son Jason?
Now that Sonny (Maurice Benard) has his daughter back, he decides to propose to Carly (Laura Wright), but she is hesitant and at the same time not happy when she learns Sonny is once again a mob boss. Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) is also not happy that Sonny has taken her son under his wing and joins forces with Scott (Kin Shriner) to take him down. Danger lurks as someone makes a move against the Corinthos organization. This could be a familiar former enemy.
Ric’s (Rick Hearst) plan to obtain Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) fortune goes into phase two. Nina believes she is losing her mind again and turns to Silas (Michael Easton) for help. Ric takes advantage of Nina’s mental state by playing mind games. Seeing Ric with Madeline (Donna Mills) doesn’t help the situation. Meanwhile Franco (Roger Howarth) joins in on Ava’s later plot. How will the plotting and mind games intertwine with the relationships between Nina, Franco, Silas and Ava?
Elsewhere in Port Charles, Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) shares with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) that their son is alive. Luke (Anthony Geary) is not a happy camper when he sees Tracy (Jane Elliot) with Paul (Richard Burgi). Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) is hurt when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) asks her to keep the night they shared a secret. Kiki (Hayley Erin) asks Michael (Chad Duell) for a favor and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Julian (William deVry) spend some valuable time together.
Down the road: Valerie struggles to hide her hurt feelings. Will that hurt turn to desperation? Julian vows his innocence when it comes to the recent mob activity and strike against the Corinthos organization. Brad (Parry Chen) calls off the wedding. Luke returns to his childhood home to confront his past and a teen causes quite a bit of trouble in Port Charles.
