Last week on “General Hospital,” Ric and Nina exchanged surprise nuptials much to the dismay of Franco. Nikolas turned to his dark side to stop Hayden from telling the truth about Jason. Anna avenged Duke’s death, but couldn’t escape her own conscience. Jordan arrested Shawn and later confessed that T.J. is his son. Carly told Sonny that Julian ordered the hit on Duke and a mysterious woman showed up at Julian’s penthouse. Here’s what to expect the week of May 25 in Port Charles.
When the show resumes on Tuesday (May 26), Shawn (Sean Blakemore) will have a choice to make after Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) drops the bomb that T.J. (Tequan Richmond) is really his son. Will Shawn chose family over his loyalty to Sonny (Maurice Benard)? Shawn later reaches out T.J., which will cement his decision.
This week Jake (Billy Miller) will get some good news. This leads him to open up to Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) about some changes he is making in his life. One of those changes involves distancing himself from the Jeromes, but is it too late? Sonny questions him about his decision to work for Julian (William deVry) in the first place. The tension between Sonny and Jake should be interesting and could be a clue to Jake discovering that he is really Jason Morgan.
Anna (Finola Hughes) continues to deal with her guilt over killing Carlos. She receives unexpected support from Kyle (Grayson McCouch), who tries to help her through her grief. What has triggered Kyle’s soft spot for Anna? The answer may come after he makes a confession to Anna about his past. Sharing his vulnerability with Anna could progress their budding friendship as the two discover they have someone more and deeper in common
Elsewhere in Port Charles, Nina (Michelle Stafford) finds herself second-guessing her decision to marry Ric (Rick Hearst). Franco (Roger Howarth) turns to Nathan (Ryan Paevey) in his attempt to win over Nina. Lulu (Emme Rylan) is not happy when she finds out Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) may be working together with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). Lucas (Ryan Carnes) and Brad (Parry Chen) make plans for their big day, but Brad is not forthcoming when it comes to his family and Michael (Chad Duell) offers Rosalie a promotion at ELQ.
Down the road: Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) returns to Port Charles. Is this the beginning of the end of his time in old Port Chuck? Mayor Lomax offers Jordan a new job. Could this be as new police commissioner? Silas (Michael Easton) becomes the subject of blackmail. Valarie is very happy with her new job and someone crashes the Quartermaine party…perhaps the return of Dillon Quartermaine?
