The auction will take place online with Kobalt.com and hosted on eBay prior to and ending on Veterans Day, in honor of our Veterans. The auction will start on Monday, November 2, 2015 and will end on Thursday, November 12, 2015. Once again, the monies received from the auction will go to the ASN.
Annie Nelson, Founder of the American Soldier Network made the following comments about the donated guitars and the ASN. “The Dean-donated guitars are really one-of-a-kind and I personally thank everyone who signed them. This online auction is just one part of the American Soldier Network’s ongoing #Healing Happens social media campaign. The campaign is aimed at raising awareness and funds to end veteran/military suicide. Since 1999, we have lost more than 200,000 veterans and military service members to suicide in the USA. Approximately every 40 minutes, a veteran takes his or her own life. The funds that these two guitars will generate will make a difference – rest assured – thank you so much.”
