Arizona Culinary Institute (ACI) invites you to their Open House on Saturday, August 29, 2015 for a “Taste of Gastronomic Bliss”.
Join ACI this Saturday for an inside, first-hand experience of how their program truly prepares students for the culinary industry. This event will showcase a no-pressure way to get a taste of what it’s really like to be a chef. ACI is dedicated to traditional French cooking techniques but also with a welcoming of Modernist Cuisine. “Restaurants are hiring and now it’s a perfect time to kick-start your career in this dynamic field”, notes Arizona Culinary Institute’s Chef Christopher Wolf.
Arizona Culinary Institute offers several start dates per academic calendar year. The day program has eight starts a year (about every six weeks), while ACI’s evening program has four starts per year. The next Night Program start date is August 31. Day and night classes begin September 28. “Our students are finished in a restaurant setting in our own du Jour Restaurant, and our placement rates are unrivaled”, states Arizona Culinary Institute President and Cofounder, Chef Robert Wilson.
Culinary instructors will be hosting tours of the school from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, and Admissions and Financial Aid Representatives will be on hand to answer questions from prospective students and their families.
If you are a current student or alumni of ACI, during the Open House, you will able to experience a special Sushi Workshop at ACI by Legendary Chef Santos Villarico. Chef Villarico’s special class is available for a nominal cost of $20. Reservations are recommended by calling (480) 603-1066 or emailing Arizona Culinary Institute.
The Arizona Culinary Institute’s founding principles are traditional, proven French Method cooking skills combined with the best of modern techniques. ACI prepares students for careers in Culinary Arts & Hospitality covering a broad range of areas.
