The almonds are a favorite and provide unsaturated fats, vitamin E and protein. Almonds can also be bought sliced, making it more enjoyable to eat and not as hard on the teeth for some people. Almonds are a great snack until dinner.
The egg, which can be prepared in many ways have nutrients such as Omega 3-fats and vitamin B-12 helping to build energy production. A boiled egg can satisfy a hunger moment.
