Monday, May 11: The 5-day Sridaiva Student Intensive with Desi Springer and John Friend begins this afternoon at Vital Yoga and runs through Friday. Join Desi and John for 10 asana sessions to deepen your understanding of their Sridaiva postural theory and bow-spring alignment principles.

Tuesday, May 12: The temperature is rising outside in time for the Denver Botanic Gardens kick-off of their outdoor yoga classes. Yoga Instructor and Horticulturalist Blake Burger presents Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga this and Thursday morning, along with Evening Vinyasa Yoga on Wednesday. Try these all-level classes this week for only $5.
Check out the free yoga classes offered by Im’Unique United. Their Illustrating Union Yoga Tour stops off at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science this and every Tuesday evening in May.
Bhavana Collective hosts the Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) monthly meeting this and the second Tuesday night of every month. The Y12SR program integrates the cognitive approach of the12-step program with the somatic approach of yoga.
Explore Ganesha tonight at Making the Myths Your Story with Buffy Barfoot and Patrick Montgomery at Kindness Yoga Hilltop. Saturday, May 16: The River now offers childcare for parents taking the Saturday 8:30 a.m. all-levels Power Yoga class. Childcare is also available for some weekday morning classes. Call the studio to schedule a free first session.
