Whether you go for the burn or want to relax with Yoga, Crunch Fitness goes outside the bar with fun and quirky classes that accomplish your goal. Of all the health clubs around it is one of the few chains where attaining fitness is actually fun. The West Hollywood branch is probably the paradigm of clubs with a lively, millennial membership who are serious about being fit but want to have a good time getting there. Some of the popular offerings include totalrequestride that includes videos of pop stars rocking out on screen while you pedal away the pounds. In fact you can even choose the music you want to watch at @CrunchGym with hashtag #totalrequestride.
Then there’s Ab attack that does just that; absolution that puts your through core strengthening like you never felt before; antigravity yoga—that’s one of the hottest workouts going—where you’re stretched to your farthest limits on a fabric hammock that acts as a soft trapeze; hit the road, high powered interval training that takes you on a music journey as you firm up and burn calories; x-pole dancing, a sexy workout that puts you in the mood while working every muscle in the body.
