Join a distinguished variety of community practitioners, schools and businesses at The Holistic Health Wellness Fair on Sat. Aug. 29 in downtown Santa Cruz. Hours are from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Lincoln Street between Pacific and Cedar. The event is free and open to the public.
Entering the 10th year of this inspirational event, The College of Botanical Healing Arts, (COBHA) continues a tradition of honoring the town of Santa Cruz for supporting alternative and traditional healthcare. Meet hands-on practitioners and indulge in a myriad of demos, product samples and health literature.
The community event is organized to bring about the awareness of all that Santa Cruz has to offer in the sought-after field of wellness. Director and founder Elizabeth Jones says, “I love bringing together representatives from this variety of healing modalities, all demonstrating their love, energy, expertise and goodwill. These practitioners share a passion for health and healing, and some will be providing on-the-spot treatments.”
A program of inspirational speakers begins at 11:00 a.m. and continues throughout the afternoon at the speaker’s tent near Pacific Ave.
