The cute pastry geniuses at Little Boo Boo Bakery has team up with Portobello Road Gin to make boozy marshmallows. They’ve also suggested s’mores pairings that accentuates the individual spirit (see below). The marshmallows that will be available online through November www.littlebooboobakery.com. All bags of the small batch marshmallows are $7.99 and can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. and internationally.
Omni Mount Washington – New Hampshire
In honor of National S’mores Day, The Omni Mount Washington Resort is serving up the ultimate s’more. This decadent creation includes a bacon-wrapped jumbo marshmallow on challah toast served with Nutella spread. Guests can relax after a long, activity-filled day of horseback riding, mountain biking, zip lining on one of New England’s longest zip lines or hanging out by the pool.
SUSHISAMBA – New York City
Incorporating Brazilian, Peruvian and Japanese cuisine, SUSHISAMBA’s blend of cuisines transitions into desserts with their DIY SAMAB S’mores dish. A twist on a classic, the bite-size scoops of lúcuma (South American fruit) ice cream takes a roll in crushed graham crackers before they are generously coated in velvety Peruvian chocolate. The last layer of marshmallow fluff completes the sweet treat making them ready for their “toast”-up. The s’more bites are served on a stick, lending themselves as a great way to have fun while eating an upscale dessert.
Omni Grove Park Inn – North Carolina
For a grown-up take on a classic campfire treat, head to The Omni Grove Park Inn to sample the delectable S’mores Parfait. Served at The Pink Pig, the Inn’s confections outlet, the parfait is made with chocolate ganache, bourbon custard, graham cracker crumbles and topped with whipped cream. Guests can pick up their parfaits and head to one of the Inn’s expansive terraces to take in breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains while indulging in this chocolatey delight.

The creative mixology minds at Hotel Vermont’s Juniper Bar and Restaurant have whipped up a S’mores Cocktail that is the perfect liquid embodiment of the famous chocolatey treat. To create this one-of-a-kind cocktail, Juniper Bar took the dive bar-classic “Chocolate Cake Shot” and combined it with classic s’mores flavors. The “marshmallow” is made of Frangelico, lemon juice, an egg white and Mad River Distillers Vanilla Rum, which is shaken vigorously to create a large mousse. A granola foam tops off the drink as the graham cracker component, and guests are then encouraged to sample all parts at once, sipping where the foam meets the base layer to experience a truly unique s’mores surprise.

Black Iron Kitchen & Bar offers the perfect spot to snack on s’mores after a day hiking, fly-fishing, biking, and exploring summertime splendor in Telluride.
