Buckin’ Ohio, best known for offering thrilling rodeo bull riding entertainment, will be hosting a special holiday event filled with a wide variety of activities that the whole family can enjoy. Taking place on Saturday, December 5, their Christmas at the Ranch event in Burbank, Ohio will give visitors a most unique holiday experience. And the best news, it’s only a 50 minute drive from Cleveland.
Being held at Buckin’ Ohio’s Creek Bend Ranch, this mostly indoor holiday extravaganza will feature lots of live Christmas music provided by area choirs and musicians, a live nativity, caroling, children’s activities, a craft area, marshmallow roasting, a Christmas village and shopping at Creek Bend General store where you can purchase Western gift items, antique items and Ohio souvenirs. The children will also be able to enjoy a visit with Western Santa who will be doing some storytelling. The one outdoor activity that you won’t want to miss is the wagon rides (weather permitting) which will take you around the Ranch where you will get a chance to see the animals like bulls and horses.
There will be free refreshments available (including hot chocolate and coffee) and visitors will be able to purchase egg nog, a holiday favorite. Hours for the Christmas at the Ranch event are 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. Admission is $6 (13 and older) and is free for children 12 and under. Parking is free.
