Former “Beverly Hills 90210” star Brian Austin Green has officially filed for spousal support from his ex-wife “Teenage Mutant Ninja’s star Megan Fox according to a Wednesday, September 30 report from TMZ. Green filed the court documents on Tuesday making sure to check the boxes for both spousal support and joint custody of the couple’s two sons, Noah Shannon, 3, and Bodhi Ransom, 18 months.
Brian Austin Green cites that he has been unable to work much since last December when he and Megan were involved in a car accident. Megan was uninjured, but Brian was left suffering a severe medical condition vertigo, affecting his balance and ability to work. Megan’s acting career, however, is still going strong bring the actress a hefty steady income from her movies and television appearances.
The couple’s split is described as very amicable with Brian and Megan are still living under the same roof and co-parenting their sons. Fox recently announced that she would be appearing on Fox’s “New Girl” in a starring role filling in for Zoey Deschanel while she is on maternity leave.
“New Girl” Season 5 is set to begin airing in January with Fox’s first appearance in the sixth episode.
