It has been a trying week for the TLC network, and their reality stars. As previously reported, “19 Kids and Counting” Josh Duggar is solely behind getting the Duggar family’s reality series temporarily pulled from the network’s lineup following the child molestation accusations that have become public knowledge over the past several days. As previously reported, the future of the Duggar family reality series is still uncertain and TLC’s move to remove the reality show is more damage control. This is reportedly not a forever deal as of yet, but Mama June Shannon put the word out to TLC that if they did not take the same action against the Duggars as they did against her family show “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” then she was taking them to court.
Josh Duggar and his entire family are suffering humiliation and serious backlash concerning the events around the molestations. Josh Duggar has apologized and the family has responded with statement of support for their son. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar along with the Duggar family church has come under fire also after police reports revealed that both parties knew for two years that Josh Duggar had committed the sexual molestation crimes against young girls, some his sisters.
June Shannon has also added to her TLC demands, stating that if TLC does not reinstate the “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” reality series to the network’s lineup there will be a huge lawsuit headed their way. June Shannon reportedly has stated that she and her family are fully prepared to take this matter to court and sue TLC for $1 million if her demands are not fully meant.
