Jo Ann Goldsmith, Founder and CEO of Authentic Branding With Heart creates branding and logos that transform entrepreneurs and build their businesses. Her work incorporates results-oriented branding that is both creative and insightful.
“In today’s competitive market, ” says Jo Ann, “companies that position their brand in alignment with their vision, mission, and essence-and do it from heart- are having more success in building and maintaining client relationships.”
Jo Ann continued, “What most people do not realize is that your business card, your website, and all of your branding is much more than just the words and images. ”
During her 15+ years on Madison Avenue, Jo Ann produced ads for many household name brands including : Proctor and Gamble, Hanes, Johnson and Johnson, and General Foods. Her print advertising campaign and educational content for Beecham’s Massengill Douche was selected as a CLIO Award Finalist.
From this Authentic Branding With Heart’s leader we learn that without the right message and without consistent imaging across all media venues including social media platforms, blog headers, business cards, website and all aspects of business marketing, the business can confuse its audience to the point that they click away and go somewhere else.
Jo Ann emphasized, “When you branding is not consistent, you may be throwing your money down the toilet or worse than that, you risk confusing and losing your target audience to your competitors. If growing your business and making a profit are important to you, then be consistent with a message that fully encompasses “Who” you are and “What” you wish to attract.”
When it comes to logos, Jo Ann explained that a company’s logo which represents its brand is the company’s calling card, fingerprints, and ideally the essence of what the company is giving or delivering as a service.
A strong brand is one that answers the most important questions a prospect might have about a company through the visual representation and corporate positioning tag line.
Jo Ann Goldsmith’s work was selected to be featured in the first issue for 2016 of the Women of Distinction Magazine which was a result of her being recognized as distinguished professional in her field.
When we asked Jo Ann about her being on the cover of this magazine she said, “Not only am I being featured on the cover, you’ll find five additional pages of content which include explanations about the importance of branding and samples of some of my work.”
