Bobbi Kristina Brown’s funeral is looking to be a very big event that will be shutting down streets by Alpharetta police. The fans of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown aren’t invited to Bobbi Kristina’s funeral, but the authorities still assume that mourners will be seen outside of the St. James United Methodist Church. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Friday, the streets around the church will be closed as media, fans and other onlookers are expected to be waiting outside of the church during the funeral.
The situation has definitely been hotly debated privately as rumors of who will attend, the theme of the funeral service and other details have been leaked to the media. The big question at Bobbi Kristina Brown’s funeral is who will be allowed to say their final goodbyes? The Brown family, the Houston family and even Nick Gordon can’t seem to come to a conclusion who can come to the service.
According to TMZ on Friday, Nick Gordon sent Bobby Brown an email asking for his blessing to attend the service. While the boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina hasn’t been officially denied access, he is hoping to pay his respects without upsetting everyone further. So far there has been no word on what the response is to his request.
The fans of Bobbi Kristina have no intentions of asking permission to stay on public property and watch the mourners, casket and ceremony from a distance. Part curiosity and part respect to Bobbi (and her parents) the moment to say goodbye is important to many as the woman was a celebrity. There is no doubt she will be missed.
